This is very tedious if the only wish is to change the structure and add contents already tested. Via the Portal Site Composer it now becomes possible to delegate the structuring of contents from the 3rd level and
deeper to persons without technical knowledge.

• _ Distributed content administration without web page content suppliers having to possess knowledge about the NetWeaver Portal’s rather complicated PCD (Portal Content Directory). In a standard setup, the module manages the menu structure from level 3 and downwards (in the SAP portal called detailed navigation).
  However, as for certain roles, this does not prevent the portal’s ”Central Administration” from choosing management of all menu levels directly via the PCD which is then made the standard. ”The Central Administration” exclusively manages entry points for where the KMD Portal Site Composer takes over control.
