KMD Net Payroll

KMD is a market leader in Denmark when it comes to handling salary payments. Every year, wages and salaries are paid to around 1.2 million Danes (a fifth of the Danish population) through one of KMD’s payroll systems, and we currently handle the entire payroll process for some 100,000 wage earners through our BPO services, including the employees of the Municipality of Copenhagen, the largest municipality in Denmark.

Facts regarding KMD’s payroll expertise:

• _Some 1.2 million public and private workers are paid via KMD’s payroll systems.
• _95 out of 98 municipalities in Denmark employ KMD’s payroll systems.
• _A large number of private Danish companies use KMD's payroll systems, including market leaders such as Vestas Wind Systems, Danisco, Arla Foods, Statoil, Novozymes and SAP Danmark.
• _KMD administers and provides IT support for more than 100 public agreements on behalf of customers.
• _In addition to the actual payroll systems, KMD can supply operational services, print and mail services, and deliver payslips to wage earners’ electronic mailboxes (e-Boks).
• _KMD provides payroll services as a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) service to several public customers, including the municipalities of Copenhagen and Greve.
• _KMD provides payroll services as a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) service to a number of private customers, including Carlsberg and Sampension.
