The KMD/SAP solution differs from other solutions for social service by including all aspects of the process from
assessing the application, through the eligibility decision to the payments and administrative finalisation of
the case after closure.
The full process relies on the newest updates on the citizen (business partner) and any update of the information
may automatically generate relevant case processing. With the automatic information about change of
circumstances it will always be possible to ensure paying the right amount to the right applicant.
